Bam Meals Group William Feeney has been in the Food Industry for over 36 years.  A graduate of the State University of New York, Will was employed by American Home Products and International Home Foods from 1972 to 2000 (a $1.8 billion food company).  Senior Management positions included:  Vice President  of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Sales.  Will was appointed Executive Vice President in 1996.  As a member of the IHF Board of Directors, Will lead the company during an LBO in 1996 and IPO in 1997. 

Will has managed National and Regional  brands for Retail and Food Service in the USA, Canada, Mexico, South America and Caribbean markets.  These brands include: Chef-boy-ar-dee, Pam, Guldens, Libby, Jiffy Pop, Crunch n’ Munch, Ranch Style Beans, Dennisons Chili, and Ro*tel Tomatoes and Bumble Bee Seafood.  Following the sale of the above brands to ConAgra Foods, Will was retained by ConAgra as an independent agent from 2000 to 2008 to lead the ConAgra Store Brands Division at Walmart that spanned 11 major food categories. Under his leadership this business grew from $18,000,000.00 to $168,000,000.00 in annual revenues



Bam Meals Group Thomas A. Kelly has 38 years in Consumer Products sales with American Home Products.  30 years were in sales management achieving the level of Sr. Vice President Special Markets and National Accounts.  Tom worked in both the Food Division and the Consumer Drug Division at AHP.  Tom actually wrote the business models and started three subdivisions within the corporation.  They were:  C-Store Sales, Special Market Sales, and Distributor Sales. 

Following his senior management positions with American Home Foods, International Home Foods and Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, Tom has been the Managing Partner at AHF overseeing all aspects of the Heckers® Flour Brand in the Northeast, the Ceresota® Flour Brand in the Mid-West and the K2r® Cleaning Products Company throughout out the USA and Canada.  Tom has extensive general management and sales-marketing expertise in managing the day to day details with product co-packers, distribution systems and selling to all classes of trade that market consumer products



Bam Meals Group Albert J. Soricelli, Jr.’s 33 year career spans a wide range of consumer products in many categories and channels for both domestic and international businesses. His years as a line-operating manager with P&L responsibility has been with Fortune 500 companies and smaller firms. For the last two decades as a General Manager, President and EVP, he has led growth, revitalizations and turnarounds for public companies, entrepreneur owned companies and private equity companies. He has successfully transitioned companies from public to private and from private to public. 

Al’s recent eight plus years at B&G Foods has been exceptionally successful. He helped to direct and deliver the profitable growth of B&G Foods Inc. from $337 million in sales and $50 million EBITDA to over $500 million in sales and $100 million EBITDA.  His prior work includes being President, General Manager of Nice Pak Products, Inc. where he turned around the company and grew it significantly. Also for 18 years in key Senior Management positions at American Home Foods he is credited with helping to successfully manage their large portfolio of major brands from $384 million to over $1 billion in sales both domestically and internationally. Al holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and Economics and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Iona College.
